YogaAt offers you the benefits of a personalised yoga or Mindfulness program with the UK’s leading instructors at your office, home, hotel or wherever suits you. Our personal programs are available for all levels and ages for both individuals and groups and across the UK.

How It Works

It’s simple. We work with you to structure a yoga or Mindfulness program that best supports you, your colleagues, your guests or your pupils. With our corporate, hotel and school clients we support them to engage with and better understand the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing requirements of their colleagues, guests or pupils via marketing, social media and face-to-face meetings and surveys.

With our individual clients we spend time to understand the role of yoga or Mindfulness in their lives and what they would like to achieve through regular practice. Having gone through this process we create a program tailored specifically to the aims and lifestyle of that client. This includes advising on the style of yoga or Mindfulness, the specific teacher, organising regular times and locations that fit into our clients schedule and of course providing all the equipment required. We then monitor progress both via a structured program of feedback with both the instructor and the client adjusting the service to reflect their changing needs over time.

A session of our personal instruction often costs little more than a few scheduled group classes at a yoga studio.

Yoga

Yoga is an excellent way to relax, re-focus and re-energise. It is a low-impact way of losing weight, improving fitness and muscle tone. Our instructors can tailor sessions to your specific requirements including: jet lag, relaxation, energy and focus, back pain, weight loss, body toning, internal health, cardio and pregnancy.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a form of meditation. It is a practical skill to simply observe, but not engage with, thoughts, physical sensations, experiences and feelings. The skill sounds simple but is challenging because it's so different to how we normally behave. Regular Mindfulness practice can change activity levels in the brain and even its physical structure. It gives individuals a powerful tool to dramatically improve the quality of their lives.
