Pete discovered yoga in 2003 as a way to alleviate the physical and mental stresses of prolonged touring. A professional musician for nearly 15 years, he found that his yoga practice gave him radical changes in strength and mental clarity whilst maintaining his health in a very unhealthy profession! Initially self taught, Pete experienced a wide range of yoga styles before training with Erich Schiffmann at the Santa Barbara Yoga Institute and Miami’s Fred Busch.
