Claire 
(Ashtanga)

Claire began practising yoga while working in the London media industry and found that a regular ashtanga yoga practice brought balance and peace to her life. She has been practising ashtanga regularly since 2005 and is committed to a daily practice. Claire teaches the traditional ashtanga yoga system. Through her teaching Claire hopes to convey the physical and mental benefits of yoga that are available to everyone regardless of physical ability.

Her classes are dynamic energetic and fun.
