Yoga Canary Wharf

It has always been difficult for people working or living in Canary Wharf to practice
yoga and pilates. There has never really been a dedicated, relaxing yoga studio like
the ones you find in Primrose Hill, Notting Hill or Bethnal Green.

We hope YogaAt proves a useful resource for yoga students living or working in the
area. Our idea is simple. We offer you the benefits of a personalised yoga or pilates
program with the UK’s leading instructors at your office, home, hotel or wherever
suits you. Our personal programs are available for all levels and ages for both
individuals and groups and across the UK.

We provide this service through our team of 50 leading instructors who teach eleven
styles of yoga, from ashtanga to meditation and pilates. A number of these teachers
are based in Canary Wharf.

Amanda is one of them. She started her career as an investment banker before
switching over to yoga and working as a walking guide in the beautiful Dolomite
mountains. She is based in Canary Wharf and is able to teach a variety of yoga styles

As you know yoga is an excellent way to relax, re-focus and re-energise. It is a low-
impact way of losing weight, improving fitness and muscle tone. Our instructors can
tailor sessions to your specific requirements including: jet lag, relaxation, energy and
focus, back pain, weight loss, body toning, internal health, cardio and pregnancy.

Pilates is a whole-body form of exercise that is especially effective at improving core
strength. It also improves flexibility and posture. It helps with energy levels and
body-awareness.

Personalised yoga and pilates instruction is available all day Monday to Sunday
and
bookings can be made from 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
